Welcome to the Quilters Blind Retreat, the perfect getaway for passionate quilters during the most distracting season of the year. While others are out in the woods, you'll be cozied up with your machine, enjoying uninterrupted sewing time in our dedicated "Blind" studio. It's time to escape the chores, the noise, and the demands of everyday life and focus entirely on your craft.
What to expect:
- Uninterrupted Sewing Time: Claim your own spacious table in our well-lit, fully-equipped workspace. With cutting mats and ironing stations provided, you can leave your gear set up and ready to go for the entire retreat. Tackle your works-in-progress (WIPs) or start a new project from your carefully curated stash.
- A "Blind" Mini-Class: Retreat includes a fun, hands-on mini-class to spark your creativity. Whether you're learning a new technique or mastering a classic block, I hope to share tips, tricks, and inspiration.
- Delicious, Nurturing Food: No cooking required! Enjoy a light breakfast, Catered lunch and snacks throughout the weekend. We'll keep you fed and fueled so you can focus on what truly matters: your quilting. Coffee and water will be provided. Fridge is available for your favorite beverage to stay cool.
- Prizes & Giveaways: There will be drawings for fun and useful door prizes and giveaways throughout the retreat. Everyone will leave with something special to remember their time with us.
- Relax and Rejuvenate: This is more than just sewing—it's a time for fellowship and creative therapy. Connect with new friends who share your passion, laugh, and share your stories and projects during our casual "Show & Tell" sessions.
